Here are some recent culinary experiments from the Adventures with a Wok kitchen! A pork stir-fry dish complete with star anise (bao-jao), dried red chilies, toban chili bean sauce, garlic, green onions, soy sauce and sesame oil. And a simple bok choy stir-fry with garlic, rice wine, and canola oil. What are your favourite stir-fries?
