Memories of delicious hot pot in Taipei and shabu shabu at Japanese restaurants throughout the States linger in my mind. But my budget this past year has been shrinking, so my days of eating hot pot outside of home are no more. Here is how I've recreated hot pot at my own abode. It's not exactly like any restaurant version, but I've found it to be yummy and a better bet, cost-wise.How do you make hot pot at home? Please do share! Would love your suggestions and tips.
